Hi, I’m Kamryn! I am an Aveda-trained esthetician with five years of experience. I specialize in creating flawless bridal makeup, natural glam, and stunning looks for special events. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty and make you feel your absolute best. I’m also a certified makeup educator in collaboration with Smashbox Makeup, so I love sharing my knowledge with aspiring artists and beauty enthusiasts. Beyond makeup, I offer dermaplane services, facial waxing (including expert brow shaping), and lash lift and tint treatments to help you maintain a polished and refreshed look. Born and raised in Rogers, AR, I have a deep love for my community. When I’m not in the salon, you can find me on a spin bike, relaxing at home with my three kitties, or grabbing a cocktail with friends. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and making memories with my loved ones. I can’t wait to help you look and feel your best—whether it’s for your big day, a night out, or just because!
Leslie Diaz
Color Specialist & Aveda Neill Educator With eight years at Urbanbleu and three years as an Aveda Neill Color Educator, I bring a passion for all things color—especially blondes. I believe hair color should be lived-in, effortless, and customized for each guest. Whether it’s a bright blonde transformation or a soft, dimensional brunette, I love creating looks that enhance natural beauty. I strive to cultivate an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone who sits in my chair, making sure each guest feels seen, comfortable, and confident. Outside of the salon, you’ll find me with a coffee in hand, lost in a book, planning my next trip, or enjoying concerts, game nights with friends, and quality time with my family—including my two dogs and two cats. A little sarcasm and a lot of caffeine fuel my days, but making people feel their best is what truly inspires me. I’d love to help you achieve your dream hair—let’s make some magic happen!

Hi, I’m Alicia! I’ve always believed that great hair should feel as good as it looks, which is why I specialize in lived-in color, dimensional blondes and brunettes, and layered cuts that grow out beautifully. Whether you’re looking for a subtle, sun-kissed glow or a bold transformation, I love creating looks that feel effortless, natural, and completely you. My goal is for every client to leave my chair feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely beautiful. Outside the salon, I love spending time with my husband, Andrew, and our son, Aidan. We have a Doberman named Gus, who keeps us on our toes! When I’m not chasing after him, you’ll usually find me quilting, playing Dungeons & Dragons with Aidan, or soaking up time outdoors. I truly value the connections I build with my clients, and I want every appointment to feel like a relaxed, enjoyable experience where you can unwind and feel pampered. Hey beautiful humans, I’m Amanda. Dallas-born and now planting my roots in the Ozarks, I’ve carved out a quiet life on a bit of land where I’m surrounded by a posse of pets, my family, and the beauty of the nature around me. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me floating the river, wandering the woods, or out grabbing a drink and a good convo. Behind the chair, I’m all about making you feel powerful, seen, and like your most authentic self. I specialize in alternative cuts, bold fashion color, curly/textured hair cuts, and special event makeup - anything that lets your individuality shine bright. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and bring your hair dreams to life✨
Wanda Thomas
Wanda Thomas- Aveda stylist/ colorist Wanda here. Texan turned Arkansan, I am coming up on 4 years here at UB. I specialize in hair cutting with a focus on shags, textured pixies, bobs, mullets and curly haircuts. On the color side of things, I enjoy creating low maintenance hair. Think blended blondes, rich brunettes and dimensional coppers, using different balayage and highlighting techniques to achieve bold color that doesn’t require constant upkeep. A bit about me- My sweet husband and I have 3 perfect animal babies, and I will bring them up whenever the opportunity presents itself. When I’m not working, you can find me out in the sun, bonus points if water is involved ! Above all else, my goal behind the chair is always to create a comfortable salon experience and give the people what they want- sexy hair. I look forward to working with you !

Hi, my name is Miriam, a new face at Urban Bleu and so happy to be here! I’ve been doing hair for about three years! I love working with lived in blondes/brunettes, and great coverage. Creating looks that feel natural, dimensional, and easy to maintain is my forte! My goal is to make your appointment feel comfortable and easy. Whether you want to chat or just relax- while making sure you leave feeling refreshed, confident, and taken care of. When I’m not at the salon, I’m usually pretty lowkey and love being at home. You’ll find me cozied up with a good book, listening to music, or watching a good movie or show. I also really enjoy going on walks and spending time outside whenever the weathers on my side. I’m passionate about what I do and love that I get to make people feel beautiful as part of it! I’d love to have you in my chair. 🤍
